Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 4, 2026
Elevate Your Toolkit ("EYT," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the software-as-a-service products made available through it (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact information — such as your name and email address, when you join our waitlist, create an account, or contact us.
- Payment information — when you purchase a subscription or product, payment is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do not store your full card number, CVC, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe collects this information directly and shares with us only what is necessary to manage your subscription — such as your billing name, email, transaction history, and a payment method identifier (e.g. last 4 digits of your card).
- Communications — messages you send us via email or contact forms, including their content.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data (browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps).
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including your account and subscription.
- To process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
- To send you transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, account notices).
- To send product updates, launch announcements, and marketing communications — you can opt out of these at any time.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Stripe — to process payments and manage subscriptions on our behalf. Stripe's use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. email delivery, hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Email addresses collected for our waitlist are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
5. Your Rights and Choices
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to data portability and to object to certain processing.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the Service function.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider — the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
We and our service providers (including Stripe) may process and store your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Contact Us
