Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the website and software-as-a-service products (collectively, the "Service") operated by Elevate Your Toolkit ("EYT," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy. If you build hubs, communities, or content for others through the Service, you are responsible for ensuring their compliance too.

1. Illegal Activity

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Sell or distribute illegal goods or services.
• Commit fraud, launder money, or run deceptive schemes (including pyramid or Ponzi schemes).
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.

2. Harmful or Abusive Content

You may not upload, publish, or share content that:

• Harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group.
• Is hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
• Sexualizes or endangers minors in any way — this results in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
• Contains gratuitous violence, gore, or content intended to shock or disgust.
• Deliberately spreads harmful misinformation, including dangerous health claims.

3. Spam and Deceptive Marketing

• No sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages ("spam") through or in connection with the Service.
• Email and SMS sends must comply with anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR consent requirements) and include working unsubscribe mechanisms.
• No misleading subject lines, forged headers, or impersonation of other senders.
• No deceptive earnings claims, fake testimonials, fake scarcity, or bait-and-switch offers in funnels, pages, or affiliate promotions.
• Affiliate promotions must disclose the affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g. FTC guidelines).

4. Security and Technical Abuse

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass its authentication or security measures.
• Access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Interfere with the Service's operation — including denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or actions that degrade performance for others.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service or its users without permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service itself without our written agreement.

5. Community Conduct

Communities, comments, and social features hosted on the Service must be used respectfully:

• No bullying, stalking, doxxing, or targeted harassment of members.
• No impersonating other people, brands, or EYT staff.
• Community owners are responsible for moderating the spaces they run and enforcing this AUP within them.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on severity, we may:

• Ask you to remove or modify offending content.
• Remove content ourselves.
• Suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, per our Terms of Service.
• Report unlawful activity to law enforcement where appropriate.

We aim to be proportionate: honest mistakes get a conversation; deliberate or serious abuse gets removed.

7. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior on the Service that violates this policy, report it to support@elevateyourtoolkit.com with a link and brief description. We review all reports.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time as the Service and the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated via the Service or email.
